At Almond we believe that education must not only inform the mind, it must also transform the heart. When the mind is informed a knowledgeable person is developed; when the heart is transformed character is developed. People with both knowledge and character are needed to transform society. That is why at Almond we inform the mind and transform the heart. This is what we call the ALMOND EFFECT.
